Cast

Byron Hackenslasher
Human Berserker
Said to be the only survivor of the “War That Felled Battleshire,” Byron The Berserker is just about the most professional and genial sort a dual-axe wielding killing machine could be. His good head for tactics and strong sense of loyalty make him the de facto “quarterback” for the group. Indeed, most days, it’s hard to see he’s called a berserker at all. And then there are the bad days.

Syr’Nj
Wood Elf Field Medic
As a royal Wood Elf, Syr’Nj feels a close connection with nature and the world around her. As an ambitious young prodigy, she has a deeply entrenched in of the cutting edge in technology. That connection and curiosity have drawn her out from her own people to explore a larger, often xenophobic world. Though she served in the Gastonian military and now fights alongside adventurers, Syr’Nj has grown ever more determined to serve as an agent of peace.

Frigg Akerfeldt
Human Crusader
A foul-mouthed, arrogant warrior and total BAMF whose indifference to social mores is rivaled only by her indifference to pain. Frigg is nevertheless bound to the group, the first people who have given her loyalty, trust and respect. Normally the toughest of the group, she excels at clobbering as well as defending, and keeps her allies safe from harm… by any means necessary.

Gravedust Deserthammer
Dwarf Mystic
The last of the Savasi mystics, he strives to preserve his dwarven brethren, who have fallen under the grip of an warmongering usurper. In his quest to save them, he has walked across the desert and entered the realm of Gastonia, his people’s old enemies. As a mystic, he is a spiritual guide for both the living and the dead, and when speaking to either, he shows quiet wisdom, dry wit, and sincerity.

Payet Best
Elf Virtuoso
A prophesied hero of legend (or so he believes), Best is a gifted and intelligent Warrior Musician, with a natural talent for both combat and charming a crowd. Unfortunately, he is also keenly aware of that. With nothing but his Axe over his shoulder and a snappy ensemble, he sets out on adventure after adventure, winning the hearts of the people, beating up the bad guys, and getting closer to his destiny. But when will it finally come?

Bandit Keynes
Gnome Thief
Bandit is a career thief who’s become bored of pickpocketing the same neighborhoods over and over again. She bargained her way into the graces of the rest of the gang, and since then has been thoroughly enjoying their company, the new experiences, and steady pay. She doesn’t talk about herself much, but her free-spirited attitude and playful nature has meshed better with the others than any of them expected. But she’s only in it for the coin… or so she says.
Supporting Characters:

Field Marshall Ardaic
Human Knight
A high-ranking official in the Gastonian military, Ardaic has been tasked with dispatching the gang, his Gastonian Peace-Makers, on a wide variety of missions across Arkerra on behalf of the government. He is a poised and direct man who will judge you fairly, but not nicely.

Big Boss Harky
Troll Warlord
Harky is a prolific warrior whose combat prowess is as yet unrivaled by any normal opponents. He is also the Chieftain of the Savage Races (aka The World’s Rebellion), leading them in an effort to stem, and perhaps reverse, the growing human influence in Arkerra.

Iver
Dwarf Warlord
A slick oily politician and now Savasi warlord, Iver shares Gravedust’s concern about their people. He differs with Gravedust by considering war, and the reclamation of the people’s ancestral mountain home, both inevitable. The Savasi mystics were an obstacle to Iver’s expansionist vision. Therefore, Iver quietly removed them.

H.R. Dedalus
Human Businessman
H.R. was the lead designer on Hurricane Software’s market-dominating MMORPG, Kingdoms of Arkerra. Now he is company CEO, a public role he seems uncomfortable in. Little is known of him, besides the fact that he is performing radical experiments on humans, utilizing the high science and forgotten arcana. But what is he trying to accomplish?
