But he was a completely rubbish storyteller, so far as I’m concerned. Travel from A to B, spend forever describing the landscape and movement through it. Then have a battle when you get there. Then move on to the next place. Then another battle. Then more travelling and landscapes and whatnot. Maximum snorefest.
