Question: Why doesn’t Byron wear a helm? With his fighting style it would seem that he needs one. I understand the whole visual thing, but just makes sense, doesn’t it?

One could always interpret his closed eyes as an attempt to shield them from dust/shrapnel when he actually makes contact with his opponents.
