I would love to point out 2 things.
1: That is actually what the real location of the… company that Hurricane is based on, looks like. I’ve been there. Google maps + drawing over?. 2: She has my last name. Yay.

Usually we get complaints that we’re being too confusing or vague.

So we try to mix it up sometimes, I guess.

Either way, it’s still much too obvious a set-up. Subtlety works better than a sledgehammer when it comes to story telling.

Don't discount the possibility that the exposition is a deliberate set-up to make us think she'll discover the technomancy. Phil and T do love their subverted tropes.
