Lilliput (tiny people) and its often forgotten neighbor Blefuscu (also tiny people), Brobdingnag (giant people), Laputa (a floating city), Glubbdubdrib (which I never remember), Luggnagg (immortal ever-aging people), and my favorite the Houyhnhnms (horses) and the animal-like Wahoos (who look like humans).

It’s one of those books where the only part commonly known is the very beginning.
