I think we have a Wreck-It Ralph situation. Characters from several of Hurricane’s games are starting to cross from game to game.

Apparently, the cult and HR created a worm that is tunneling between games on Hurricane’s servers.

The TRON looking character could be a diagnostic program. A Hurricane employee could be running a TRace ON the malware code, and attempting to seal the breaches.
