		<description><![CDATA[Actually, late medieval and early modern two-handed swords didn&#039;t require much strength to wield. The people were comparatively shorter, malnourished, and lacking in physical fitness compared to healthy people capable of fighting in the modern era. Two-handed swords were relatively light enough that their fighting style actually works better when the blade is in nearly constant motion. It was used to defend yourself and protect others by weaving the blade around you.]]></description>
