Actually, late medieval and early modern two-handed swords didn’t require much strength to wield. The people were comparatively shorter, malnourished, and lacking in physical fitness compared to healthy people capable of fighting in the modern era. Two-handed swords were relatively light enough that their fighting style actually works better when the blade is in nearly constant motion. It was used to defend yourself and protect others by weaving the blade around you.

it just has one fatal flaw: That much steel requires abnormal strength to wield for any length of time. An energy-blade broadsword is just about the only type a mortal man could actually wield. Even with normal swords exhaustion of the arms is already a risk.

If Frigg can get her (glowy) shit together, this should not really be a fight, considering what she’s done before.

Of course, the Silver Centurion isn’t actively goading her, so she may have difficulty getting to that “higher level of Don’t Give a F—” that would beat the SC like a red-headed step-child..
