You’ve got a very different definition of “willpower” to the one I’ve always used… clearly.

That is just a more diplomatic way of saying “I disagree entirely”… but diplomatic is good, right?

It’s actually the opposite; as the body’s reflexive response to threats and unwanted situations, anger IS willpower. Pure willpower. The only problem is that it takes a lot of practise to actually direct it at something productive, rather than the default “destroy the problem, or in lieu of that, destroy something” thing. It took me a lot of property damage before I learned to use it for useful things instead.. And my life is much better for it.

That also sort of means that the people who lack anger are weak-willed.

Not to imply that this is representative of a gaming campaign or anything… but I’ve had several D&D characters die a lot sooner than this.
