Anyone else reminded of Lovecraft’s character Abdul Alhazred, the mad author of the Necronomicon, who wandered through desert land inhabited by evil spirits?
Why are the spirits always vengeful? Why can’t you meet the one who’s perfectly happy with how he died, and just wants to tell you what a swell place the afterlife is?
