Also, Auraugu is actually confirmed as an NPC, from HR’s comments about how the War of the Woodlands patch went wrong. (He said that he’d programmed a different character to be the one who stole the Bough of Graiya, and speculated that “the game thought it would be more interesting” to use Auraugu instead.)

No word on Fr’nj yet. You’d think that if she were a player character, she would have been listed alongside those other four, but I guess it’s not a guarantee.
