That’s an interesting way to portray an accent, but I know enough Russian that it’s also messing with my head.

Lloyd: those are obviously just very small people :D – or maybe magical armour resizes to fit its owner.

This armored dude’s shoulderpad consist of one part. Whereas Byron’s seem assembled. Maybe Byron’s pads are some lesser version as payment?

Hmmm. Byron’s shoulder blades do seem to be separate pieces from the yoke, enabling greater arm movement. Scary guy with the tiny head’s seem to be one piece. But why is his head so tiny? that is the real question. Did he get his head shrunk like in beetleljuice and wears that bizarre pope-like headpiece to try and hide it, even though the helmet is SO TINY compared to the two dudes standing next to him? TINY HEAD!!!!

It’s because he tripped while wearing his shoulder-axes. Those things are dangerous, I tell you.

Okay so they plan on declaring war when they’ve perfected “their” airship tech but plan on using the “heroes” to discover how well advanced the other races are before kicking things off?

they’re only looking to promise the heavens themselves once their airship business is complete.

I think they’re looking to start a travel agent.

The piracy issue is definitely overblown. Those sky pirates wouldn’t have purchased any of the things they stole anyway. And with all the 3rd rate booty that’s being peddled by large vendors people should have a right to loot it before they decide whether to buy it or not.

What’s this? A shadowy council of ominousness? I’m afraid that Syr’nj’s light and optimistic view of adventuring is going to get played. And what of Bandit? How’s she going to worm her way into all this?

My best bet’s that she’s going to get inserted into the mission as a spy for the government in return for a pardon.

From there, tropes suggest that she will be betrayed when her mission is over and will end up joining with the party permanently.

Oooor some other shit could happen. It’s likely to include the party being PO’d about being deceived by her, though.

Why would they choose the least trustworthy individual possible to be thier spy? That would be like chooseing Frigg to be a diplomat or something.

        …Oh god.

Actually, Bandit’s a part of the party already, and she always has been. She’s currently dressed as a captive in order to do some snooping around the castle.

She’s just so good at her job that you rarely notice her. The same goes for the party to be honest, they’ve only noticed her during “roleplaying scenes” (like when she stole Syr’nj’s hat for a laugh.

The helmet is an optical illusion. Where you think his eyes are is actually not, where his mouth is they are. See the height of his shoulders in the full body shot. They are lower then what the armour makes you think they will be. This is my view on this matter from an awesome Webcomic…

nah dude, his shoulders are even with the other guys’ eyes. It would work both ways if they were all the same height, but TINY HEAD dude is taller, at least up to the shoulders.
