Wow! What a day to get caught up on!
So, I started reading this comic about two and a half years ago (somewhere around there), and back around St. Pat’s Day of this year, I dropped off reading this to go check out Faans. I wasn’t planning on taking a break from GA, but it took me a bit to read through that (understandably…there’s a fair bit of content) and I just loved it! I highly recommend the journey through those archives for anyone reading this. Very fun read and some really deep shit from time to time. My only complaint is that the Author Notes at the bottom don’t run through the entire archive, but hey…I love the meta. :)
So, about three months later, I started reading GA again, from the start. Knowing what I did at that point I really wanted to see it all with more understanding eyes. However, I soon got very very busy with work and lost track of a lot of my pop culture stuff, this story included.
About a month ago, I finally started back into it, sporadically at first, but lately I’ve been bingeing for the holidays. And here we are! :)
Thanks so much to Phil, T, the Waltrips, and Erica (and any other unknown heroes involved behind the scenes) for giving us this amazing work of art! May your 2016’s be packed full of good feels, love, and prosperity.
