I love the idea of a doohickey that improves the wearer’s speech. Does it come with the ability to distinguish between “begging the question” and “raising the question,” or to know that a hat is “hung” whereas a person is “hanged,” or that a theory is a testable, falsifiable model, not an “opinion” or “wild guess”?

If so, I’ll take a hundred gross, please.

What if a person is hung from the rafter but not hanged? Y’know, like tied around the midsection instead of the oh so fragile neck?

Well, a person can be “hung” too, and not just in China.

If I had rigid arms and was placed on to a monkey bar on the jungle gym against my will, was I hung? Or did I hang?

I’m just horrified by the idea that Gastonia (http://www.cityofgastonia.com/) has become the human capital. What hideous, post-apocalyptic nightmare world is this?! ;)

(Sorry, as someone who grew up nearby, that was the first thing that popped into my head, which added some unintended humor to the strip for me.)

I once met a lady from Charlotte who assured me that 3-eared children came from Gastonia. And that the only other thing of note was their catfish festival.

But she could have been misinformed.

I read the first line of your comment and thought it was going to be a limerick. I am sad now.

Well,at least Gravedust won’t get bored…until he decides to off his ghostly, but that seems abit unlikely.

I want one of those gems … we could cure chatspeak one person at a time. Or all in one fell swoop, if we could order them in bulk.

Also, I love how the ghost is presumably hundreds of years old, but is talking like a little kid in the backseat of a car.

Maturity is exclusively of concern to the living for whom conforming to such social standards is a matter of life or death. No consequences = No maturity.

I sense an upcoming “Are we there yet?” part, just saying! ;) ^^

But then again this comic dosn’t seem to be the kind to use over-used jokes so we’ll see! :D

      How to salvage a camel:
      1: find a camel corpse and/or camel-like animal that doesn’t like you
2: cut apart limbs and body into parts, adding in missing pieces
3: bind together in correct fashion
*the next step is marked out in heavy permanent marker*
5: ride your salvaged camel into the sunset

Holy crap, I had no idea that the fame of the Hell that is Gastonia was so wide spread.

Seriously, which one of the crew is from this area?

depending on how far he has to go a detour to raise he funds for a camel or delay to work the price of one off may have been most efficient timewise
