Bandit? Darlin’? Never say anything like that. It means it will happen.

Anyway, the way things have been going so far, we know they couldn’t get any worse.

Looks like a boss arena to me.
Yep. Those look like big, metal shutters just beside where the kid ran through.

… Uh oh, Bandit didn’t do to well in the last ‘arena’ she was in.

Actually… the partial, large shadow looks a tad more ominous.

But yeah, the big access door constitutes a ‘clue’.

This is just stupid but the final panel reminds me of a retro version of a room in the La Femme Nikita series where a squad of section operatives get locked in and hosed by acid from ceiling mounted sprayers. I’m sure this is not the case here.

Baseless accusation, violence is the universal solvent. It dissolved them quite violently did it not? ;)

judging by the shadow, and after playing Sonic Generations, I’m expecting bandit have to battle a giant mecha, eggman style.

Yeah, the camera will zoom in on her, spelling out B-A-N-D-I-T very slowly as a two foot power mech comes after her, and then the camera will screw up, and she’ll get hit, spilling hats out everywhere.

I wonder what was supposed to happen in panel 2. Looks like she threw some sort of attack but there’s no sign of dagger nor shuriken in panel 2 or 3…motion lines in panel 2 suggest *some* kind of action? ./ponder

Also, ty for those above who also did not get the alt text. I guess I just didn’t watch much Scooby Doo…

Hmm… I think that was more of a ‘guard’ position, just in case he followed up his initial attack.

Grabbing / blocking an attacker with a hammer isn’t the same as facing somebody with a large, sharp & pointy weapon.

And yeah, I think she could easily pull it off… which is why smart-boy ran away (other than having something big and nasty waiting on the wings).

And that, will end in a serious FAIL moment.

As dramatic and messy as fighting a big-ass steam-bot will be… Bandit will just scamper around until she gets behind it, climbs up and gets into the cockpit, and puts a dagger under his chin.

      ‘GAME OVER’

[Sledgehammers are notoriously bad tools for killing nimble flies…]
