    WHY!? OH, THE BARBARIANISM!

Heh, it’s rather enjoyable, watching our motley crew meet each other for the first time.
Also. How did people know text-speak..? o.0

Well, I think that comment was meant to be OOC.

      The good news…there’s a player who’s D12s aren’t going to be lonely anymore. :)

The bad news…I foresee a “Frigg Smash!” in the near the future.

On a side note…why do so many RPers treat their Barbies as idiots? Just because they aren’t able to read/write unless they expend a large number of Skill Points doesn’t make them stupid. Stupid people don’t do so well when hunting for food.

Perhaps they do it because their barbarians don’t have many skills based on intelligence, and therefore they put all their stat points in the physical abilities? Such as strength for example, which allows the barbarian to leap, climb and kill. Just like any other predator!

Honest to God, I thought you were talking about BARBIE Barbies.

That made your paragraph pretty amusing.

Yeah, it took me three or four readings to figure it out.

Right now, somewhere on the internet, someone who didn’t figure it out is making rules for a D20 based Barbie rp.

And somewhere else on the internet, someone who got it is making a ruleset anyway.

BTW I’m going to do my best to make Hits or GTFO a common internet phrase, if not a meme.

Hmmm, a Barbies miniature game. I could see some very weird RPing coming out of that.

“OK, so Barbie pulls out her Bow Of Happiness”

“Ken moves to block with his Shield of Nueterization”…

1: The Barbie version of d20 was already done magnificently by RKM in Something*Positive.

2: Text-speech actually makes a certain amount of sense if you’re in a society without any typing or even cheap paper. After all, most fantasy settings parallel the era of Chaucer–spelling in those days was pretty much semi-random.

      ALL THE TIME!

Another disturbing thought: A comic featuring Byron with Cockmongler’s $#!+eating grin in the not too distant future.

But still, “hits or GTFO” was inspired, to say the least.

That I gathered. Now that I go back and look at it, I guess it must’ve been thrown. I thought he just clocked her with it.

Thanks for this twist on the Barbarian, one of my favorite classes :D
… and let this be a reminder of making sure that Frigg STAYS down once you have her down, for your own safety!
