The whole course of Human history could have been perfect and pure if Frig had been Eve. The serpent slithers up and says “You should eat that..” and Frig yells, “Snake!” leaps on it and punches it to death.

If she was doing night watch, that would make her the perfect sentinel.

A regular sentinel? Just snap their neck when they yawn.

Her? Go ahead, try to take her out when “distracted”. Make her day.

Ummm, is it just me, or is panel 3 and 4 in the wrong order? Panel 2 has her, umm, ‘scratching’ an ‘itch’, but panel 4 has her investigating her ‘trigger finger’

Or maybe the order should be: 1, 3, 2, 4, 5, 6 (panel 3 looks like she is starting to be bored, panel 2 she has an ‘itch’ to ‘scratch’, panel 4 she sniffs her ‘trigger finger’)

Remember night time in MMO’s is 1/3rd the time of the day. So she was only there for 10 minutes. The transition between panels was there-fore less.

And who goes straight to the nose? You gotta air out a bit.

She could have been legitimately scratching an itch, no euphemisms involved, simply an itch. As for her finger, she could have simply been looking at her nails out of boredom (or wondering if maybe she should trim them).

As Freud said, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

      And maybe not.

      Have to ask the artist.

On the one hand – poor Frigg, left standing out there (naked) all night.

On the hand – seriously, it took you all night to figure out he stood you up?

So is it that she is really that dense (I never thought of Frigg as stupid), or that full of herself that it took her that long to even conceive of the idea that he would (that I could see)?

I don’t get it. I read her come-on to E-Merl as very impulsive. It doesn’t seem to fit Frigg’s nature in general, or this situation in particular, that she would stand around for hours, waiting for him to show up.

    Poor Frigg.
Her first shot was box-blocked. He turned out to be a traitor and vanished for the long haul.
Her second shot was intercepted by squirrel-girl.
And now her third shot has denied her.
Just how far is she willing to lower her standards before it breaks her?

Sorry if this was said and I missed it in the comments. I read through a bunch and didn’t see anything. I…uhh…think you missed a color filter on the backgrounds leaves in panel 1 that are between the “branches of modesty” in front of Frig; they look daylight colored still. Sorry to be nitpicky! thanks for making a comic that makes me happy to know if exists every time I read it!

    Coloring Error Detected.

Dead center in the first panel is a section of background isolated by bordering foreground elements that appears to be something like grayscale while other parts of that same type of background are clearly colored. I assume it was missed in some kind of color replacer command? Hey the last time I fiddled with an art program was Corel’s Paintshop Pro so please understand if I don’t know your lingo…
