At least Rachel wasn’t deleted or Frigg torn in half. It’s as if the abomination preferred to repel both instead of killing them then and there. Perhaps the abomination cannot sustain continuous contact with those possessing such power.

Speculation: The Abomination is incapable of deleting player characters, the whole deletion stuff only happens to NPC, kinda like in an MMO it’s usually the NPC who get beaten up and wounded if the story asks for it, while a hero character shrugs damage off like it is nothing and just heals up by sitting down and eating a nice meal. :X

Rachel will probably still get damaged by the physical effects of being thrown through a wall, but the abomination can’t delete her because she isn’t a static part of the game like NPC are (they are always in the same place and do the things they are programed to do, yadda yadda).

Doubt it, the Beast just chucked them away and the others attacking it right now may well be more likely to draw its attention.

Especially as Penk may well be about to bring the beat(down).

You mean there was no glowy shit there to protect her clothing.
I wonder if brief contact like that will act the same way for everyone like it did with Penk’s helmet? Everyone gets killed after their clothes disintegrate! Naked death party, anyone?

          Maybe!
          It’d be a neat idea.
I’m just going off of what happened to Penk’s helmet. Though, it didn’t seem to help the Head Mason troll… but maybe it could have if the beast had flung him away before deletion got past/under his clothing?
