Here I am trying to remember whether I started the whole “Payet Best’s Alt” meme… or whether I just independently derived it. It is hard to tell some days.
But I was definitely declaring Bandit to be Best’s Alt way back before I ever saw anyone else doing it… so… I reckon I’ll claim credit for now either way. =D
Something about Scipio’s expression makes me feel like the the real-life Bandit and Scipio orchestrated this escape plan out-of-game. :D
I wouldn’t doubt it. Being stuck in prison is hard to RP and very very boring and you really don’t earn XP from it. They probably planned for E-Merl’s character to be the innocent vehicle for to get out.

Nether might be new here. I certainly didn’t read the comments up until I had caught up when I first started reading.
I’m sorry it came about this way, but we actually have a thing about Gold Stars around here. It’s a thing I do when I like a comment a lot and to stem off people asking for them, I made part of the game that if anyone mentions a comment needs a Gold Star, I don’t give it one.
So, sorry if you feel we were all like, shaming you. Not my intent, and I’m sure no one else’s. It’s just the game we play here in the comments.

I don’t know, Phil. Comments like “dick move” and “good job” sound pretty intentionally snarky/asshole-ish to me. L33tninja probably has the right idea though. I think it’s pretty silly/unrealistic to expect everyone to be “in” on the joke.

Please don’t be a dick about the Gold Star game. It’s for fun, not for making people feel bad that they don’t know about it.
Star-Blocking is a legitimate tactic in the Gold Star game. Some people ARE gonna assume that is what you’re doing.

Typo in the second panel, “adventuers.” My first comment after reading this for a few years and I ended up being that guy.
If we know that Syr’Nj didn’t hear about either Rachel’s death or WAV’s appearance, is it safe to say she doesn’t know anything about what transpired with Frigg’s group? Wouldn’t there be implications and a possible cover-up if the other council members found out that her adventurers were consorting with the enemy?

One tank is fine for dungeons, but for raids you need at least two.

Probably kinda. I mean we think it’s him sorta. If so he seems to act as someone who has completely lost their identity and had to rebuild it in the absence of any clues to their past.
Well, he’s not “Payet Best who lost his memory and turned emo”. He’s “the character currently tied to the Sepia World tubed player who used to be tied to Payet Best”. I say “tied to” instead of “controlled by” or “controlling” because the relationship between Sepia World and Arkerra is still a bit fuzzy.
Oh interesting. So since this is a double page, there are two alt-texts. However, no matter where I can tap on the screen (mobile user here) it will only open up the first alt-text “Let’s get to work” and not the second one at all. The only way I was able to read the second text is by holding down on the second page so a “what should we do with this image” pops up, with the second alt-text conviently there as the name of the image.
