Every time Gravedust sees a vast desert (arid steppe?) expanse there’s a 37% chance it’s going to trigger a spirit journey. He can’t help it, it’s part of his class.
I think this will go horribly with Harky partly because he’ll likely recognize the peacemakers. Or one of them.
I wonder if Penk would have gotten farther (I don’t expect him to get far in the coming pages) with convincing Harky if this group of adventurers were not ones Harky has already had a bad experience with?
To be fair, he is Savasi- of all the Peacemakers, he’s the only one who won’t immediately be targeted for his race, and could potentially make his way safely through the camps.

He gave up the ability to make more certainly, whether or not he got to keep the ones he already had is still undetermined.

I think the experience of having killed said group of adventurers is going to have a bigger impact then previous bad experiences with them.
Well, that was actually the main “bad experience” I was referring to. That they somehow are alive should be enraging enough to Harky.
