Crass and vulgar as Frigg may be, she’s damn honest and doesn’t mince words. Demmit! I can’t tell who my fav character is anymore *0*

Mine’s still Sry’nj, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Frigg after she toasted those “nuns”…

the trend here seems to be that everybody’s favourite character is whoever has done something most recently.

I’m going to stick with bandit as my favourite character, just to get ahead of the game :)

My favorite character still is, and always will be, Syr’Nj. She’s so awesome. Byron comes in second though.

In descending order: Gravedust, Syr’ng, Byron, Frigg, Bandit. I expect Bandit to go up once she has some real screen time. Gravedust rocks, though. Byron and Syr’ng are pretty well tied; Byron is better over all, but Syr’ng has some real moments of awesome.

I can’t even begin to choose a favorite character.
Everyone has their moments to shine, every personality is constantly growing, and growing on me.
Every time I think I’ve made a decision, you change my mind with a single panel.

So I stopped trying to figure it out.

byron and frigg are tied for first and second is up for grabs.
gravedust has an awesome name, just like Syr’nj, but neither of
them is “my type” shall we say in a non- sexual sense.
frigg, your choice of metaphor, while funny and getting the point across,
                  has given me bad images…

For me it’s a toss up between Byron and Gravedust. I’ll have to learn more about them and the setting before I can really make an informed decision.

      Frigg is best character.
Gravedust is tolerable, if a bit boring.
      Syr’nj is annoying.
Byron is a pillock and I don’t even know Bandit.

Best + Frigg… No moar boxblocking?

Best + Frigg would make interesting recurring villains / characters.

That said, Frigg’s not so much a villain, as she is just bloodthirsty.

That said, a replacement is needed for the two toughest combat characters, and we still need our thief. A Mage would be cool.

It seems to me that Frigg looks 10 times prettier in the 3rd panel then she’s ever been drawn before. Am I imagining things? Is it because she’s smiling? Or is it just because we’re seeing her reflection in a glass of something alcoholic, and beer goggles make anyone look better?

Wow, Frigg looks like she may be experiencing an actual emotion in the reflection of her booze there.

Funny as GA is, my favorite thing about it is that my favorite character is the group itself– except for Best, everyone’s pretty awesome, but they’re much better bouncing off each other. That sort of team character is hard to get right, but so much fun when it works, and I think it’s working really well here.

So basically I resent the existence of Tuesdays and weekends now. Thursdays are still cool.

I actually liked Best. He’s a total douche, yes, but that’s what I like about him. He’s like Kevin Kline’s character in A Fish Called Wanda. I was so glad when he finally got run over by a steam roller, but he was the only reason to watch the movie IMHO.

That said, favorite character is Frigg. Has been from the begining.

Hey, Syr N’j is aweshome, widdout bein belligeransh nor a douchshe. Cause, y’know, schiensh is aweshome, an she does it…

Not to mention the interesting mix of her wide-eyed innocence of the world combined with the cynical view of humanity she shares with gravedust.

I argue that Byron has done nothing wrong. Straight from the linguist’s mouth, the “rule” against preposition stranding was invented in 1672 without factual basis; actually, stranded prepositions have been a feature of the English language for centuries.

Since when does “berserker” equal “always grammatically precise”? Also, in colloquial use, ending in a preposition is not off limits. :p

Also, I was at first VERY confused by Frigg’s line about a dick, because I was thinking she was being literal….! Horrors, I tell you, passed behind my eyes. But after my initial “WHAT THE” reaction, I felt stupid. Then I read the comments and felt slightly better :P
