T Loves Burgs

Yeah, that happened. They got married and have made two babies so far, at no provocation from myself. Their first kid was named named Bella, and that was a weirdly perfect name for a daughter of Best? The second child, in the comic, is Grace – a name I would find believable that Frigg chose ironically. But yeah, Mii Frigg and Mii Best shipped themselves. Don’t look at me, I just let them do what they want.

When a Tomodachi kiddo grows up, you have the option of choosing whether they join the island as a resident or if they become an adventurer a traveler. If they become a traveler, they are in a constant of travel, Streetpassing from person to person, for however long the game is still a thing. That’s kind of weird for me, and kind of awesome? Like when you trade away a Pokémon that you actually liked. And when they become a traveler, they ask you if you want them to deliver a message upon arrival. It’s a really cool thing for gigapets to have evolved into.

And the message I have chosen is “Read Guilded Age.”

Anyway, this was actually a lot harder than I imagined it would be to come up with interesting content for/from. And Tomodachi is not anywhere as well known as I thought it was, either. So I don’t believe we’ll be doing this as chapter-break filler again anytime soon. Or ever again! WOMP WOMP.

But I am considering maybe just taking the most interesting screengrabs that I’ve accumulated from literally thousands and spouting them out into a Tumblr? Who knows.

Now, if you play this game yourself, or if you just want them for your 3DS, you can snap QR codes of these little fuckers and import them into your own island! Huzzah!

See you Monday, people. And if you’re going to Baltimore Comic-Con, see you at table A231!
