It’s got to be a Handy Haversack. P.H.s and BoHs both have the drawback of non-item-sorting. The Handy Haversack has included in it’s creation a spell that causes whatever the person reaching into it is looking for to automatically come to their hands, and it has several separate pockets allowing more than one item to be drawn in a single round. ( A Handy Haversack is also the only item that actually looks like a back pack…)

Definitely the best bag for a Magicky-type. The fact that it only weighs 5 lbs even when it has it’s entire 80 pound allotment full really helps low-STR chars.

I think the best bag ever is the one from this book called ‘Adventurers Wanted: Slathbogs Gold,’ simply because their bags start off with five rooms, and you can enter your bags, travel between rooms, and, the best part, upgrade them to hold more rooms. Plus, you can fit a friggin’ house in one room it’s so big.

I really liked using a quiver of Ehlonna for my mages. It sorts like the Haversack, with the limitation of needing to be a certain shape. It is a great way to keep scrolls, wands, and staves handy, which its three compartments fit well.

Short sword and rondel for the win!

Syr’Nj is not only awesome, but she looks fantastic here – i think it’s the goggles.

I think it’s the clothing mostly. It’s fencer-esque and androgynous. It allows her to continue to be feminine (arguably) while getting that desire for simple clothing that we all love, such as for Link and his tunic, fulfilled. There’s no huge shoulder-pads, no platemail. Just clothes that allow for the lean body’s curves to show without any sexual connotation.

      The goggles don’t hurt, though.

Some people fear the warrior with the biggest sword, some the wizard with the biggest spell book. Myself? I’m keeping an eye out for the sonuvabitch who’s shoulder deep in some bag, cause ya NEVER know what they’re gonna pull out of there.

My question is though.. why kidnap soft little rich kids when they can get better work out of the poor little urchins. All you have to do is give the urchins one good meal and I bet they’d be good to go. Or some middle class kid.. or something. Someone who’s used to working and won’t waste all their breath whinin’. Plus, rich kids attract adventurers… or was that the point? some villains are weird.

Excellent, now just crash the ship into the ground.

See, when your heroes, doing stupid suicide runs just increases your unseen Designated Hero Immortality bonus. As long as the plot demands, or it’s following the Rule of Cool, then you’ll get out of it fine.
