In light of that, it’s nice to see that she walks the walk and doesn’t just talk the talk when it comes to treating Byron and Syr’Nj’s union as legitimate. It wouldn’t have even been that offensive or uncool for her to exclude him in the short term, on the basis that they’re remembering Naror’Nj and Byron’s memories of him are pretty brief and unfriendly. But she knows better: this moment is about supporting and lifting up Syr’Nj, and making Byron a part of that makes it more likely to stick.

Alternatively, she could have made that line up for Syr’Nj’s benefit. It’s not like Naror’Nj can contradict her.
