Annotated 48-36
FB: Seems a little unfair for Bandit to take damage so soon after she made a saving throw.
That’s the last we’ll see of Mich and Franz. They are indeed small fry, and in the post-revolutionary world, they’ll have no Gastonian military or troll sponsors to give them safe harbor, and they’ll be about as welcome in Gnometown as Bandit was after her exile. I can’t see them opting to work under Penk, or him opting to use them, so they’ll probably have to live in hiding somewhere, out of the sight of vengeful gnomes and anyone else who’d blame them for the Ultimate Engine. Combine that with the harrowing days they’ve spent serving under Taro, and I’m inclined to say they’ve served justice for their crimes.
The chances of Flo actually killing Bandit were probably less than those of Sepia World turning plaid, but we hoped this sudden instance of Chekov’s gun would jar some of you into wondering. It was the end of the series, after all, and Bandit’s arc had seen some resolution…
Eh, Mich and Franz are probably working for Don Gobligno after all is said and done.
That’s highly plausible. He’s the least scrupulous of the eventual leadership. I can see him bankrolling them and it’s not like they have any options so they’d work cheap. It’s either that or managing a Cinnabon somewhere.
This makes A LOT of sense, actually.
Can still be Taro’s favorite outlaw. He just REALLY hates the other outlaws? Or maybe just his favorite to shoot.
“The chances of Flo actually killing Bandit were probably less than those of Sepia World turning plaid”…
I’m sure the Waltrips would have taken it in their stride, and made it look good as well :)
