I need to see Harky workin’ it.
I have a mighty need.
Would this be encouragement of Rule 34? ;)
As if Rule 34 ever needed encouragement…
Why are these Gravatar reactions so on-point?
Because the Gravatar generator is sentient.
Just as Rule 34 finds a way, so too does the Gravatar generator.
This is amazing
I guess this answers the same question posed by Ren & Stimpy: Who’s the pitcher & who’s the catcher?
Oh shit. Gawd I luv this strip, O well, another year shot 2 heaven.
Emphasis on the word “strip”
“Put it on.”
For some reason I read that in the Team Fortress 2 spy voice.
You can keep your glove on.
Hey y’all yous guys, happy 2016. Is this the only strip U follow on the web?Beside my fave Guilded Age, I like to read Sinfest, the Webcomic to end all Webcomics by Tatsuyaa Ishida. Quantum Vibe by Scott Bieser. Athena Wheatley and Curvy (very NSFW) both by Sylvan Migdal. Out There by R C Monroe. Also Girl Genius by Phil & Kaja Foglio. How bout you? Whut every buddy else readin when you aren’t here readin the best?
Schlock Mercenary, Manly Guys Doing Manly Things, Dr. McNinja, ErfWorld, Skullkickers. I don’t have a big list, I’ve gotten very picky about what I follow.
I read…about 30? I guess? I’ll throw out one recommendation for “Kill 6 Billion Demons,” (NSFW) a new comic to me with a lot of style, and very dense, thoughtful writing. I’d suggest more (I actually started too, but I just couldn’t stop, and this got huge)
Reach heaven through violence.
Seconding this many times.
And if you meet God on the Road
Kill Him.
Unsounded is probably my favorite webcomic overall. (Don’t worry Guilded Age, I love you too!)

Unsounded is life.
Back when it was on Keenspot, I put the very first comment on the very first strip of Sinfest. Which obviously was lost when it, and sooooo many other comics, jumped out of that ship. Although I will admit at some point many years ago, I stopped reading that title. Just kinda lost the charm it had early on.
As for what else I read? Whoooo boy, I think I’ve got well over a hundred titles in my bookmarks. Long time back I tried to count them, got into the eighties, and gave up.
One that does have a special place in my heart is “Footloose,” but that’s because the authors were kind enough to write me in as a
secondarytertiaryminor character. I’m not even on panel, I’m part of a radio program the actual characters are listening to. When the magical equivalent of a spy satellite goes rogue, of course you use it for the rush hour traffic report… But that’s just me.As for the real story, when your parents turn out to be adventurers, and you’ve got an honest to goodness Faerie Godmother? It takes some training to make sure you do not turn into another Damsel in Distress. Also includes faerie pirates, werewolves that do not understand sarcasm, magical girls, powered combat armor with unreliable AI, and hitting things with shoes.
Sinfest is the one comic that has jumped furthest off the slippery slope and gone from something great to something unforgivably bad.
There is absolutely no redeeming Sinfest any more.
Questionable Content, I still keep up on after all these years.
Octopus Pie impresses me with every single update.
I am ravenous for anything produced by KC Green.
Scenes From a Multiverse, Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal and Whomp! are all friends I support on Patreon and also favorite comics of mine.
And obviously, gotta give a huge shout out to Order of the Stick.
Erin Dies Alone is a really good and interesting read, and their parent comic Critical Miss is consistently funny for a gaming comic (which is no small feat).
Other than that? Oglaf. Oglaf is the greatest webcomic of all time, no contest.
Octopus Pie has gone a bit downhill over the years. At least by my reckoning.
It started as one of the best… but then it just… got… kinda dreary. The quirky humour got thinned out and replaced with the protagonist basically moping over her lack of romantic prospects… that meet her standards…
XKCD, Shlock Mercenary, Wilde Life, Gunnerkrigg Court, Questionable Content, dead . winter, Zombie Hunters, Gastrophobia(pretty sure it’s dead), Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal, and My Life as a Background Slytherin. Also some other complete ones like Sorcery 101, that one about hell or whatever, and… does Homestuck count? I mostly completed that out of a mixture of stubbornness and procrastination. I’ve also got a bunch more to get to after I finish Guilded Age. And even more now thanks to your lists!
That’s a purty kool coffee mug Harky gave to Gony.
Yes, Gondolessa is totally rocking the face of someone who knows they’ve given a better gift than they’ve received, and is going to be able to use that without explicitly mentioning it for a few weeks.
Looks like he’s… a Machinima fan…?
I would buy that tec-mug from the GA store, if such a mug existed.
Now, is that for Harky to wear, or Gondolessa?
I wonder if that look is shock at the design or horror that he realized he’s been out-gifted by Gondy…
Gods bless the alt text.
Amen!
So Gondy gets two presents this year. :P
L-lewd…
You can leave your hat on…
“But you can’t pick your friend’s w-“THE HELL I CAN’T!
No, Captain Picard. I want you to photograph me… wearing only the hat.
Guilded Age: where bird people get hella laid…except Rana!!!
Plot twist – The mug. . . is ALSO an outfit.
I just now realized that I’m not sure if Harky and Gondy can kiss each other, or if the beak gets in the way. The intricacies of interspecies romance!
Oh, and a happy new year to everyone!
How do bird people kiss? Does it matter?
Isn’t that a purely token expression of affection anyway?
It is a fact that hormones and other biochemical concepts are passed between humans on physical contact, particularly kisses. It’s part of the bonding process and I think it involves protein?
I watched a fake lecture about this once.
Which rounds back to the original question – can avians kiss? is there an alternative that they use, instead?
I would imagine avians could probably kiss each other as real birds do it all the time, but the process require both parties to have beaks so I’m not really sure how it would work in this case.
Oh they totally can. Gondolessa just has to get in a little close… be willing to draw a little blood and leave Harky to regen it away.
Something something cloaca.
Let’s see… it’s too pink to be a hunter’s garb, to thin to keep you warm in the cold, too short to be a fancy curtain…aaaah..ahaha… I see. It’s a mosquito net. How thoughtful of you.
