…..oh man, i could make some of the best puns out of this, but i KNOW they are x-rated. so i would like to hear from the mods what is acceptable or not in the comments section.
Heh. You think that this is bad, Frigg? Just wait until you start seeing the edifying tracts celebrating your stalwart defending of the Lawful and the Good, Dame Paladin.
Is Scipio’s sword Gnomish? I see some striking similarities between his weapon and the one that gnome is using. course it is a popular style, so maybe that’s just coincidence.
Totally different tank, mate. It looked better but the characters couldn’t have defeated that one, so between strips we switched to an alternate reality in which the gnomes built one out of marzipan.
In the last reality the proper tank squashed everyone and the kid went on to become Emperor of Gastonia. His rule was full of peace and prosperity, but it wouldn’t have allowed the heroes to look good for the eventual goblin reconciliation.
I would say that so far, we’ve been seeing in comics featuring Bandit, Gravy, and a child. They are all short. Thus, compared to them, the tank looks way bigger.
In Panel 2 of *this* comic, however, our adult-sized heroes on the right make light of the visual pun through which the creators have been having their fun: the tank is, in fact, not all that big, on a “normal” scale (normal for us) (I am assuming that “we” are all normal-sized. No disrespect for the short and the tall, because you are better at martial arts and looking impressive, respectively.)
Small side note – height (or lack thereof) has nothing to do with martial arts prowess, and you’d be surprised how impressive someone can look when they’re 5’8″.
Sorry, I am still stuck on the idea of a marzipan tank…. Where the only aftermath of war the victors suffered were massive tummy-aches and the occasional cavity (pre-exsisting condition triggered by the battle). All-in-all, well-worth the week-long sugarcrash!
Now THAT, my friends, is a utopian society!
That’s the perfect anti-troll strategy. Enjoying/agreeing with everything the other person says.
That or taking everything at face value and being reasonable about everything and never getting mad.
Either
“U MAD?”
“HAH, YEP, I AM MAD AS HELL AND I’M NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE LOL!”
or
“U MAD?”
“Mm, I guess I’m a bit frustrated, yeah.”
“YO BRAH, STOP GETTING ALL ROADRAGE IN MY FACE.”
“Oh. Sorry, I didn’t realize I came off so angrily.”
I was just re-reading the series from the start, and enjoying it every bit as much as the first time, with one exception. I remember some puntastic exchanges in the comments section that I wanted to re-read, but couldn’t find them. Then, for the first time, I noticed that the number of comments listed at the beginning of the section didn’t always match up with what was on the page (f’rinstance, lists “Discussion [347]”, but only about 100 comments visable) but there wasn’t a ‘previous comments’ or ‘newer comments’ button/link anywhere. Are the full comments sections not always available? Or am I just wallowing in ignorance of how this all works? Feel free to mock me, as long as it ultimately dispels my ignorance. :-)
Ooh Frigg’s going in I don’t think either of them’s going to like that!
Isn’t there an age restriction?
Oh thats right its the part where the kid is driving!
Gnometown is universally against this development? Interesting, very interesting. Keeper, Hewie, and/or Pyre listened, which speaks quite well of the gnomes as a group. That tale spread very very fast. Apparently those professor blokes were pretty out of touch.
Looks like Frigg is going all in.

Nah, she’s just got a mace in the hole is all.
The general rule is that everythng goes, just respect one another.
Phil is a big meaniepants :p
Because respect is such a harsh condition, isn’t it?
Given some of the fan art we’ve already had, I think the ‘anything goes’ has been well-and-truly confirmed.
If it’s not, there’s evidence that the mods are sleeping on the job…
Everyone knows, the best way to sabotage a machine is to throw a wench into the works.
Unless, of course, the wench is someone like Agatha Heterodyne or Kaylee Frye.
Someone should really tell Keeper that a bouncer kicks troublemakers out, not imprisons them.
Now, I’m not mad. So if Keeper just wants to go home and get “the Warden” we can all just pretend this never happened.
I’m in ur tank killin’ ur gnomez.
gnome rush! kek kek kek!
GNOMERCY!
Since no one else beat me to it…
GNOMAGGEDON!
Heh. You think that this is bad, Frigg? Just wait until you start seeing the edifying tracts celebrating your stalwart defending of the Lawful and the Good, Dame Paladin.
With Rachael Liking her so much Frigg might consider Unfriending her with Facebop.
STOP HELPING ME NA-RACHEL!
Operation Hullfuck is now in process.
I will never stop liking you, Frigg. You are too damn awesome.

Isn’t Scipio’s sword He-mans, or Lion-o’s or something? or a combo thereof?
Wasn’t this thing at least half again this size, a strip or two ago?
They’re wearing it down.

That…makes perfect sense.
Lol, stunt tank.

mmmmmmmm……. marzipan….!
I think It’s bent down or retracted to make itself more effective against the tiny people.

You know what they say: “Love your enemies, it pisses them off.”
I believe the Ferengi put it best: “Every once in awhile, declare peace. It confuses the hell out of your enemies.” Rule of Acquisition 76.
I misread that last panel as licking for some reason…
That’s going in a completely different direction!
I thought the same thing. Frigg must have some tasty shoes.
Yes. Shoes.
Is Rachael channeling Miss Piggy’s kung-fu?
I see that Frigg has hatched a plan.
Then I guess she’s about to crack this thing wide open.
I’m just going to come right out and say it, Rachel in panel 3.
DAT ASS.
Woo! Nun Buns!
I’m more keen on the next panel, Friggin smexy.

And, yeah, I realize I misspelled ‘visible’.
They’re accessible through URL trickery for now. It’s still a bug that we’re not certain the cause of.

So, Rachael prepared the hatch, does that make her the fluffer?
Ha! Maybe more like wingman. Or wing nun. Flying nun?
Fluffernunner?
I think Bandit has fallen for me.
Don’t get your hope’s up – things could take a tumble.
*hopes – I really hate typos.
Mental note: Do NOT make too many short-jokes in Gnometown… he residents can be dangerous when provoked enough :o
