The woman with the kidnapped husband will probably have gotten most of him back by now, which will most likely cut down on the reward. Go on to the next quest, E-merl.
There goes another archive-trawl… and Frigg hasn’t successfully seduced hat-boy yet. =/
Still seems like most of this webcomic happened in 2010… for some bizarre reason. Perhaps my sense of the passage of time is just off. No idea.
Anyway… I’ma go try and find more webcomics with archives to read… preferably ones where there isn’t a common belief that “axe” is an acceptable substitute for “ask” (or for the first syllable of “acceptable” for that matter).
Thanks for the fun, guys… I’ll probably be back in a few years.
I’ve been banned from other sites, but not for trolling. You just got hells of negative opinions, likely on account of some less-than-subtle article lodged firmly in your anus.
And yeah. I came back. Slim pickings elsewhere, or else I read archives way too quickly.
SotiCoto seems to have spent the last ten days on reading all of GA, ranting about “The comment typeface” and other stuff. Search for >”guilded age” SotiCoto<. Or don't.
Last I checked, I wasn’t.
I’m sure if I was a typeface, I wouldn’t have gone with the name… though I consider it a possibility that someone might have named one after me. People have done that with things in the past… usually as some half-arsed attempt to troll me.
In any case… I prefer typing in Century Gothic, not that such is of any particular import here.
Yeah, understand Frigg is supposed to be rolling her eyes in the first panel, but it comes across more that she is faking rolling her eyes and just looking up-back at Sundar to see if he is buying it (maybe hoping he will give it up and go get drunk or something less mind-numbingly boring)
Personally, never had a problem with the old “Fed-Ex” quests in EQ2: yeah it was a lot of running back and forth (and that was back before you had ‘convenient’ travel bells everywhere), but you got to learn where everything/one was, still pisses me off they closed down the racial slums and stopped all the Fed-Ex style quests :(
Glad you like them. As you’ve probably guessed by now, I use a lot of photo references for backgrounds where I can, and when it’s appropriate. It’s a real time-saver too when working with such short dead-lines. Today’s page features the real medieval-era village square of the bastide town of Monpazier, France.
Is there an umbrella or awning over that post? Or is that what helps Stewart keep his job, by having to repost the papers over and over because they’re all getting ruined in the rain…
The downsides of taking adventurers for granted.
“Lost puppy. 9 inches high. Brown with black spots. Answers to ‘Leviathan.’ 3 rald reward.”
Start small and grow gradually, I say.

Oh come on, you know half of those notes will turn out to be sales jobs!
I think Stewart’s nailed it.
No healers? Those raids must hurt.
Ah.
Ran out of pages.

what are you going on about?
I was rereading the archives right after him. He just bitched. I won’t miss his posts. He’s been banned from other sites for trolling.

I’m just as confused as Frigg. What?

Is Stewart married to a lady named Emily?

Digging the architecture and background detail these past few pages!

In the third panel, is “or to the far towns” supposed to be “or go to the far towns”?
