Actually, I’m kinda curious about what moved him to comment on Byron’s exercise. Somewhat uncharacteristically, he is the one to start the convo. Maybe he’s trying a little harder to be a people because Fr’Nj is rubbing off on him (cough), or maybe he’s probing for the truth about Byron’s actions because they could affect the whole profession of adventuring and therefore his own destiny. Yeah, that second one sounds more likely, now that I type it out.

Since Merv and Clark have apparently been doing all the talking so far, it may be a bit soon to judge the crowd’s storytelling capabilities anyway.
