Go straight ahead beyond infinity, turn left at the Big Bang, cross the event horizon, make sure to avoid the dark matter and keep on going. Once you see big pile of space-time take a right and you should hit route 42. Then just keep on driving…

When you cross the moral event horizon, you’ll know you’re almost there.

Don’t forget to plan a return route. If you can’t get back, then you can’t set up a slideshow of how your vacation went when you made a right-angle turn to reality.

    Foibles In Research Signify Trouble?

I was wondering how much more meta this could get…I wouldn’t be surprised if HR and Carol are actually part of the matrix. It reminds me of the “outerverse” described by orson scott card, wherein reality is precisely what you think it is, and if you forget who you are, you cease to exist. HR and Carol could seriously wreak havoc on the very fabric of the universe if they’re not careful, plunging the world int an everlasting darkness of terror and torment…

But who cares, science is fun!

I suspect HR used her to model Fr’Nj.

Kinda makes you wonder who else is putting in a ‘guest appearance’ in HR’s digital playground…

I wonder if there is any sort of link between Mr. Burten and Scipio. Their speech or lack of it is kind of similar.

Of course one of the catpeople had a righteous handlebar moustache…

So far out of the characters in the real world I find Burten and Shanna the most interesting. Which is odd in Burten’s case because he has a grand total of one strip and one non-speaking panel’s worth of appearances.

Shanna I just can’t figure out who she would have an analogue of in this world. She is an important character, so you would think it is someone we have already seen. She’s not lighthearted enough to be Bandit I’d think. Ardaic maybe?

Bandit bugs me. She is really important and a core member, but she isn’t one of the tank people. And how did she survive being killed? I saw her speculation about Harky’s blood, but it seemed like she didn’t believe it herself.

Something is up with her (though she might not be aware of that).

Bandit’s player is a hacker just seeing how long she can fool the authentication software.

Well, the possibility to hit a specific dimension should be rather nonexistencial, without a former connection or knowledge about the specific one.

Should be interesting, when they try to go to another one, after they exhausted the ones they know how to travel to. So many crossover possibilities, if they decide to do that.
Hmm, Gensokyo or Planescape would be really interesting. (If not rather unlikely.)

Well seeing as I just buried someone that you felt got in your way. its not like i have a choice.

Also divine intervention destroys free will. This is the answer to the paradox of “why if god (or gods) are good, does he (do they) let bad things happen”.

Because of free will. If he/they just changed everything our choices wouldnt matter.

And if he manipulates reality to what he thinks should be, people’s lives wouldnt matter.
