Well… This is going better for them than I expected. None of them are dead yet, Frigg is after the resident Big Bad and the cultists aren’t going to get through anytime soon. The downside is that they have no way of fixing Frigg without WAV and so things are probably going to get worse before they get better.
On the bright side, once H.R. escapes, the cultist will be the next easiest targets for furious Frigg to tear into. Hopefully the heroes in the bubble just have to wait out the storm.
Progress? PROGRESS? I’m trapped in here with a drunk elf who smells like a burnt down distillery and and and a shot down anti virus program that think’s it is a person!
…
Well, sorry. You are right.
Could be worse.
So what’s the deal with E-merl’s Circlet of Winter’s Gale? He doesn’t seem to be a very powerful mage in and of himself, so the Circlet is more of a magic item with its own inbuilt effect. But how powerful is the thing? As of this comment, nothing has been able to penetrate its field or force it to shutdown, not flights of arrows, or considerable bombardments of magic, even dark cultist magic. Surely something in Arkerra can get past the thing.
I mean, I guess if it was a one of a kind magic relic of storied power sure, but in which case how did a magical small fry like E-merl get it? You’d expect to see it in the hands of a Archemage or High Shaman then. And if its a more production-model type item, how come it is so dang tough that nothing has yet beaten it? I’ve been on a few dungeon crawls, no magic item is that ‘one-item-stops-all’

I bet Sundar could make a big wind.
Maybe if he’s been eating beans.
It’s always comforting to have more people in your trouble bubble.

Yes, yes it is progress.
E-merl! Go into the Avatar state!

Pretty sure Best got bested there. I don’t think getting repeatedly Inverted-Chokeslam-ed in the ground is survivable.

Now that was an intense Blow Job!
Bubble then hearth out of there!
He can’t. They nerfed that in Patch 4.0.1.
They added a glyph in 5.0.1, though. E-Merl must not have respecced when the new expac came out.
Big wind, big wind! PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT!
Sundar: Not that kind of wind, you idiot!
“Hey, I’m nervous, ok!?”
You have a gas attack?! Why do you use it on ME, you moron!
He did the windy thing :D
They were…
blown away.

Never underestimate the power of plot convenience. Magic tong ex-machina to the rescue!
Tong? That’s kinda like ring I guess…
Good thing most of those cultist wear underwear.
