      Know not what one does possess
      Until it has gone far away
      Wanting it back again in distress
      You shall fight for it today.

        She don’t have to look, and she don’t have to see
        She can feel it in her olfactory (from Louden Wainwright III’s “Dead Skunk”)

      I get the feeling she is not blind. Taking a vow to always wear the mask is as good as being blind and with the added bonus that you still have your eye stalks in case you ever need them again.

        Well, Sister Firehands did say that Tamara cut out her eyes by the roots… sooo, I’m pretty sure that means she is blind.

    After careful, thoughtful, consideration – I have made the measured decision to withdraw from this conflict.
    My fractured mandible had very little to do with my decision.

        These guildies = Fantastic 4
        Scipio = Thing
        E-Merle = Human Torch
        Frigg = Ms. Fantastic … ok really she’s more like She-Hulk
        Rachel = Invisi … naw, she’s more like Lucy Cage, Power Woman.

          Lucy Cage? Is she the daughter of Luke Cage and the 2nd Spider-woman? Damn, doesn’t seem that long ago she was still a baby in diapers

          Ghost Rider, Wolverine, The Hulk and Spidey have all been the Fantastic 4 at one time

          Yes, these sisters are not in the habit of sparing the ruler, but they only have the best of intentions when they lay their enlightened hands on those who cannot see the light.

            Not sure if you meant to make the pun or not, but a HABIT is actually a distinctive set of garments worn by members of a religious order, traditionally nuns.

    I, for one, am getting a little tired of the fantasy cliché of a blind character who can actually see perfectly fine, which often goes unexplained. (I was careful to word that in a way that didn’t sound like “Gosh, blind people who live normal lives are so annoying” ^^’)
