Hammerhead knows that when opportunity knocks, it’s best to come out swinging. But Byron and Scipio are blurring the lines between fighting fair and fighting dirty, and if Hammerhead can’t get up to speed, he won’t stand a chance. I get the feeling he’ll be seeing the light soon, though, so maybe Hammerhead will nail this fight yet.

I can hear Hammerhead’s squalusing now … “Is there an ichthyologist in the house?”

He’s a bright guy, swift on the uptake. No dim bulbs on him or his team. Long as they pick up the pace and keep up, this could turn around quickly.

What? Light AFTER Swiftness…C’mon, everybody knows that nothing with mass can travel faster than light.

Why is Byron pouring ketchup all over HAMMERHEAD? I thought that tartar sauce was more traditional?

They are dealing with HAMMERHEAD, but what about Auraugu, Magda, and Penk who should be just behind him?

That is where they will need Scipio as backup.

I love the flash Scipio’s stogie in the lower-middle left of panel 4. And Penk and the Dwarf’s dismayed faces in the lower right of panel 3.

I stand corrected. Swiftness is indeed awesome as employed here.
I’d still rather breathe flames, shoot lasers from my eyes and tail, and fly (even in space, without equipment). Yes, I would be … ZOK.

Yep, Zok. Even more than Gloop and Gleep, definitely more than Tundro. It would be cool to be Igoo, though…

I liked Gloop and Gleep best, on account of their great potential. But i stopped watching when the secondary powers were added.

This is what swiftness potions should be in games.

Not a lousy +10% movement speed.

Hammerhead’s face in that inset panel is saying exactly one thing: “OH YEAAAHHH!”
