I’ve just gotta say that I’m loving seeing all of these Friggstarter characters getting one last nod in the comic before it’s lights out. Thanks for that. :)
For two of them I see here, it’s only their first nod. We never saw Reverend Bink or Ivy until now (other than on the character pages they were introduced on) and I wonder why.
Later that night, Byron was heard to say:
“B-but baby! I wasn’t doing anything with her! I just stopped to have a drink here at the tavern and was sitting alone – she had to sit there, there were no other empty chairs! Those dark glasses aren’t for going incognito, that’s her style! And then she accidentally spilled ale into my lap, and insisted that she clean up the mess, and there were no napkins, so … Syr. Put down the bow. And that potion of lethality.”
I can’t tell is Best is the guy in our world that keeps making alts or the one that dumps loads monthly into re-making the character. I really like it, though. I hope we get a wallpaper at the end of this journey with just all the Best versions!
I don’t think he does – Sepia!Best had shortish hair, combed straight, was cleanshaven, and wore what appears to be a narrow-brimmed fedora. Here he has longish shaggy hair, a moustache (albeit, not the glorious one he had in the climax) and is wearing what appears to be a well-worn pork pie hat.

It seems like ( due to the refrain) that’s supposed to be one continuing song, except for that first chunk. Why is that incomplete, unfinished stanza there?
Though this story is coming to an end, it’s good to get a glimpse of the next generation of adventurers. We may not hear their tale, but it’s heartening to know that somewhere in Arkerra, the adventures continue.

Oh! Thanks. I had interpreted it as the possessive “her,” not the accusative.
I guess it’s never too late to introduce new characters to the story.
