Guilded Gallery!

It’s not enough that the rad folks at Geekadelphia gave us a great review (courtesy of Nicole Kline), but they were good enough a dudes to invite Guilded Age to participate in its Geekadelphia Gallery at Drink Philly. This First Friday, come out to the Drink Philly office for art, music, and food for free (you just have to RSVP on their site)! I’ll be there to shake your hand, slap its skin, high its five, or bump its fist. I have techniques available for all of your manual greeting needs.

HAWM, Guildies. Me and and my pal Katie Sekelsky designed a Threadless shirt!

If you don’t know how Threadless works, it’s a t-shirt voting site where the designs that get the best votes get to be made into real shirts and we get paid for our trouble. And the payout from this will definitely help grease the wheels to get Volume 2 produced, I tell you what.

Geek of the Week!

HAWM, Guildies. First off, glad to hear people hype about the new merch! In case it’s not clear to anyone, just so’s you know: We intend to sell the buttons as sets, with plans to roll out several new sets after another. Each set will be a mere $4.99, and the posters just $9.99.

Secondly: Geekadelphia, an awesome local geek blog, has done me the honor of making me their Geek of the Week over Guilded Age and the book and whatnot. I’m taking all the credit I ought to be, but let me share some of that with you, my darling Guildies. If you weren’t reading this tale of ours, it wouldn’t be here. Thank you all for supporting GA so I can get one step closer to Internet Famous. You guys rule.
