Auraugu *is* a rather lovable fella. Hyes.

And apparently so is Penk. He really stirs the fire in the heart of the rebellion.

I think we can say he wasn’t so much given super powers as earned ’em. Doing a spinning pirouette into an active volcano to have your very being ripped apart and reassembled by your God isn’t exactly for the light of heart.

        No foolin’.
There’s no encore for an act like that. Either you come back transformed into an ideal (which really can’t be topped) or you’re gone. An act like that IS the encore to end all encores.

What’s wrong with liking power and status, if it’s being used appropriately by a six foot hunk of flesh who’s also an avatar of your god, and who treats you like a person?

“Big brother, you should realize that probably at least 39% of all relationships begin at work! The odds are TOTALLY in favor of it!”

39% of those polled had started a relationship at work =/= 39% of all relationships begin at work.

Also, 73% of statistics are made up on the spot.

On the national average, any statistical analysis given will fail to account for 12% of factors that would be relevant to the outcome.

For a second there I thought troll girl was carrying on part of the conversation by herself. Was I the only one who got slightly confused by the word balloons in panel two?

If I’m reading this right, the brother causally has a crush on Penk. The Goblin Don’s reaction a few chapters ago made me think that both homosexuality and interracial relationships were taboo. Apparently, only the race part is.

You’re in for disappointment, Gring. Harky doesn’t swing that way.

“That way” could mean women, or trolls, or people a fraction of his age who aren’t actually adult yet. The point is, it lets you out.
